Затвор с прямым ходом позволяет мгновенно перезарядить винтовку — практически без изменения положения ствольной коробки относительно плеча. Одно прямое движение вперед-назад, без вращения запястья и без повторного хвата — и винтовка снова готова к стрельбе.
В отличие от традиционных винтовок с продольно-скользящим затвором, где для перезарядки требуется вращение рукоятки и использование фасок на запирающих выступах, наша система использует рукоятку затвора в качестве рычага, который непосредственно взаимодействует со ствольной коробкой, обеспечивая:
- Велотренажер с прямым движением запястья — одно движение вперед-назад без вращения запястья;
- Увеличенное усилие при извлечении гильзы и досылании патрона в патронник — надежная работа даже при использовании низкокачественных боеприпасов, загрязнений и обледенения;
- Быстрая или медленная и тихая перезарядка при заряжании патрона и извлечении стреляной гильзы, даже при использовании перезаряженных патронов с не полностью посаженной пулей.

CONVERSION SYSTEM
The multi-caliber AKILA EVA-TAC allows barrel or caliber changes in the field within seconds using a single standard Hex key.
The barrel is secured by two screws — simply loosen them with a Hex key.
When changing calibers, the bolt head must also be replaced. This is quick: remove the bolt and press the Takedown Pin to unlock and swap the head.
A caliber change also requires a magazine change. The interchangeable magazine well accepts various market magazines — by default Accuracy International double-stack, well also accepting AICS-standard magazines. The rifle feeds reliably from both double-stack and single-stack magazines.
Changing the well also changes bolt travel — the short-action well has its own bolt stop. The well is replaced by driving in a single screw.
2-POSITION SAFETY
FIRING position (RED dot): The rifle is ready to fire.
LOCKED position (WHITE dot): The firing pin is cocked, the sear is disengaged. The bolt can not be operated.
The AKILA EVA-TAC is fitted with a bottom safety integrated into the trigger mechanism. This placement allows the rifle to be put on and off safe quickly and intuitively without changing grip or moving the hand from the trigger guard.
The bottom safety blocks the trigger to prevent accidental discharge, while the mechanism retains a true zero-creep break and consistent trigger pull.
RECEIVER
The AKILA EVA-TAC receiver is machined from an aluminum billet with a black hard-coat anodized finish and QD sling swivel sockets on both sides above the pistol grip. Fittings (grip, central part cover, cheek piece, buttstock side panels) are optionally available in walnut, polymer, or carbon composite. The chassis is compatible only with AKILA Foreend X.
FOREENDS
Each of the three available ARCA Foreend X models is a separate piece attached to the chassis and features an M-LOK™ interface on 6 sides as well as an ARCA rail at the 6 o’clock position. ARCA Foreend X Short was designed for minimum weight and optimized in length for use with a silencer. The Standard ARCA Foreend X is a more universal solution with average length and weight. ARCA Foreend X Long is the longest, offering maximum weight and rigidity for PRS sport shooting.
BUTTSTOCKS
Both AKILA buttstocks are machined from 7075 T651 aluminum billets with a black hard-coat anodized finish and QD sling swivel sockets on both sides. Both allow adjustment of cheek piece height and side, length of pull, and recoil pad height. Buttstock M adds a built-in quick-deployable, finely adjustable monopod; Buttstock Lite has one M-LOK™ slot for a monopod or custom bag rider. The mounting point is compatible with AR-15 receiver extensions, allowing AR buttstock installation. Folding is user-configurable to the left or right side.
