Description

AKILA ACSRx gen.2 is suitable for Blaser’s bolt action rifle R8 UltimateX 10 round magazines and all versions of Blaser’s bolts and barrels suitable for R8. Left-handed and right-handed versions.

AKILA ACSRx gen.2 is a drop in upgrade chassis, this means that you would require the following parts to complete the rifle: barrel, bolt with bolt head and Blaser’s UltimateX magazine suitable for specific caliber.

Two stage sear block allows you to adjust the trigger’s pullweight in the range 400—1200 grams the trigger shoe is integrated in the trigger guard.

The fittings (grip, chassis cover, cheek piece, buttstock side panels) are optionally made of walnut wood, polymer (synthetic) or composites (carbon).

Chassis compatible only with AKILA Foreend X.

Either of the three available ARCA Foreend X is a separate piece attached to the chassis. ARCA Foreend X Short was made with minimum weight and optimized in length for a silencer. Standard ARCA foreend X a more universal solution has an average length and weight. ARCA Foreend X Long is the longest with maximum weight and rigidity for PRS sport shootings. All foreends X have M-LOK™ interface on 6 sides as well as ARCA rail on the 6 o’clock feature. There are QD sling swivel sockets at the very front, at 3 and 9 o’clock. The Foreends are included one foreend upper, which is an easy to mount part, rigid solution for ideal accessories placement. The Top Bridge has three edges featuring M-LOK™ mounting interface. Depends of Foreend you can mount up to 1−3 units.

Both AKILA buttstocks are machined from 7075 T651 aluminium and have black hard coat anodized finish and features QD sling swivels sockets on both sides. Both buttstocks feature adjustable ergonomics. The cheek rest height, the length of pull, recoil pad height can be adjusted. Besides that Buttstock M features an integrated quick deployable and fine adjustable monopod while buttstock Lite has one MLOK™ slot to mount a monopod or a custom bag rider. The buttstock mounting point of the chassis as well as the folding unit are compatible with AR-15 receiver extensions and AR type buttstocks.

The Buttstock is set to fold to the right chassis side, covering the bolt grip.

Buttstock Lite

Should you prefer a buttstock without monopod and at the same time you would like to save some weight without compromises in functionality AKILA Buttstock Lite is the best choice. The skeletonized design maintained outstanding rigidity and all the adjustments that the Buttstock M has in a lighter body. Besides that Buttstock Lite feature M-LOK™ slot on the bottom rail so you can attach a custom bag rider or a monopod.

You can use the configurator to choose optional buttstock features. Both buttstocks are milled from 7075 T651 aluminium billets and have black hard coat anodized finish. The buttstock mounting point of the AKILA chassis and the folding unit are compatible with AR-15 receiver extensions, which will allow installing AR butt stocks. Buttstock M offers the possibility to adjust the cheek piece height and side, the length of pull, recoil pad height. Besides that Buttstock M features a built-in quick deployable and fine adjustable monopod.

Polymer accents fittings are made from firearms grade black POM material. A rubberized grip produced by Ergo Grips is available in two models:

Walnut wood accent fittings are made from high grade walnut with oil finish. (Weight can slightly wary based on wood density).

Folding Unit

You can add unique functionality to your stock by choosing Folding Unit, you can choose which side to fold the buttstock. It is so natural to change your mind or want to adapt the rifle to a new environment or accessories, so we made the folding side user-configurable, within a couple of minutes you can reverse the folding side. The folding unit features mechanical locking in folded position, so once folded you do not need to worry, that the buttstock will get loose during handling.

Spacer

Should you decide that folding is something you do not need, in this case we can offer a special spacer to compensate the length of the folding unit without compromising the rigidity. It is also possible to fix the buttstock directly into the chassis. The length of pull adjustment in both AKILA buttstocks can compensate up to 35 mm of length.

AKILA Foreend Lite Short is a great fit for those who would prefer to lower the weight without compromising the functionality.
