Description

The Zero Compromise Optic ZC527 is 387 mm (15.24 inches) long, weighs only 1122g, and reaches 35 mil in elevation adjustment and at 20 mil in windage adjustment.

It is in a class of its own!

Among all other optics in this magnification range, a very generous field of view of 7m / 100 meters (21ft/100Yds) results in one of the widest in the industry. Outstanding light transmission and exceptional resolution are just two attributes of the best optical design ever developed, perfectly complementing the very best mechanical properties in the industry.

Our goal is not to just build riflescopes. We strive to build the absolute best riflescopes in the world! We don’t skimp on quality, we simply use the best materials and techniques to create the scope you’ve always dreamed of.

The ZC527 can also be ordered in FDE (flat dark earth paint).

Reticle
MOA

Our Minute of Angle (MOA) reticle design is a normal crosshair style graduated with one MOA increments for a straightforward and

clean appearance. This design was specifically developed for shooters competing in all different shooting aspects from F-Class

and Extreme Long Range to open country big-game hunting.

Along the horizontal, every even number MOA hash mark is longer than the rest extending above and below the horizontal crosshair

while the odd number MOA increments only extend a short distance below. This simple arrangement allows you to keep track

of your wind hold very easily. Holding between hash marks for every half MOA is extremely simple and keeps the reticle design

as uncluttered as possible yet highly effective.

The vertical crosshair extends down to 42 MOA for those ELR type shots that need that much elevation hold in combination with

the turret adjustment. Again, the even number hash marks are longer than the rest and extend left and right of the vertical by one

MOA to each side. The odd MOA increments are shorter and only extend one-half MOA to each side. This keeps the increments

easy to distinguish allowing you to easily find the correct hold point while providing a visually «balanced» reticle design.

Our floating dot is sized at 0.124 MOA diameter for an ultra precise hold on the target. Wind and elevation hold numbers are given

every 6 MOA to reduce clutter while still providing rapid counting when needed.

This new design from ZCO will appeal to an extremely wide audience of shooters around the world for its simplicity, clean look,

yet versatile capability.

Reticle
MPCT2X

The MPCT2X reticle features an open concept design above the primary horizontal crosshair as well as other enhancements

to make this minimal tree style reticle extremely easy to use. The upper half of the reticle has the vertical crosshair

only extend up to 3.0 Mils which provides sufficient hold-under capability and maintain a clear view for spotting

trace as the bullet tracks toward the target. The open concept above the horizontal crosshair also allows for easier

spotting for other shooters in the field.

This reticle design features 0.2 Mil indications throughout the vertical, horizontal, and tree portions of the reticle. We have included floating dots at every whole mil point to assist both visually identifying these points as well as enhance

the precision of aiming on target.

Along the bottom edge of all horizontal portions of the reticle we have 0.2 Mil hash marks that are visually distinguished

by line lengths. The shorter lengths are at 0.2 and 0.8 Mil while the 0.4 and 0.6 Mil marks are slightly longer. This aids

in rapid identification of these different hold points. Along the top edges we have a single hash mark at the 0.5 Mil

location making this a very fast hold point to acquire anywhere in the reticle.

The MPCT2X reticle is the most modern reticle design on the market featuring easily distinguished hold points. The features

of this reticle make it extremely intuitive and fast to use in the field under a multitude of shooting scenarios.

Reticle
MPCT3X

The MPCT3X features an open concept design above the primary horizontal crosshair and a minimally sized dot-style holdover tree

below. This design features 0.2 Mil diameter open circles at all whole Mil values making holds easier to identify rapidly and while

using the scope at a reduced magnification setting. The tree portion of the reticle utilizes dots arranged in a grid pattern with 0.2

Mil spacing thus allowing greater precision with holding for elevation as well as wind.

The upper half of the field of view has the vertical crosshair extending up to 4.0 Mils. This maintains an open field of view in the

upper half of the reticle while providing enhanced hold-under capability or measurement for calling bullet trace. In practical application

with multiple targets at widely varying distances, shooters can now dial their elevation turret for an intermediate range

target and then hold under for the closer targets and hold over for the more distant targets.

Spotting for other shooters is also enhanced with less clutter above the primary horizontal crosshair.

The primary horizontal crosshair features 0.2 Mil references along the bottom edge that provide a visual distinction between the

0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 Mil marks making those hold points rapidly identified. We’ve also included a single tick mark along the top

edge of the horizontal at every 0.5 Mil location for those shooters preferring to have that value available.

Additional points:

1. The tree is only as large as absolutely necessary to hold for a 308 Winchester shooting the 175 SMK at 2650 ft/sec. under

standard

atmospheric conditions with a 20-mph full value wind. All other modern cartridges under vastly different atmospheric

conditions should easily remain within this grid.

2. Reference numbers for wind holds are included at 3R and 3L locations indicating a wind hold of that amount. This highly

negates counting of dots and circles to locate the correct hold point under stress or time limits.

3. The even elevation numbers are located on both left and right sides of the tree making counting much easier. Numbers are

reduced in size along the primary vertical down the tree for enhance visibility and only at the 4, 8, 12, and 14 Mil locations to reduce clutter in the FOV.

4. The MPCT3X is the ultimate reticle for speed and highest precision at the same time! It is fully functional across the entire

magnification range and features design aspects never before implemented into a single reticle.
