Description

The AKILA ACSR8 gen.2 is a precision, drop-in upgrade chassis compatible with all models and versions of the Blaser R8 bolt-action rifle, available in both left- and right-handed configurations.

To complete your build, you will need to supply: a barrel, a bolt with the appropriate bolt head, and a Blaser fire control unit (both standard and Ultimate magazine versions are compatible).

Single stage sear block allows you to adjust the trigger’s pullweight in the range 200—800 grams.

Core Features:

· Integrated Adjustable Trigger: Features a single-stage sear block with a trigger pull weight adjustable from 200 to 800 grams.

· Premium Construction: The main chassis is machined from a solid 7075 T6 aluminium billet and finished with a durable black hard coat anodizing. It includes QD sling swivel sockets on both sides above the pistol grip.

· Customizable Aesthetics: Personalize your chassis with decorative panels for the grip, central cover, cheek piece, and buttstock sides, available in Walnut wood, Polymer, or Carbon composite.

Modular Forend System: Works exclusively with the AKILA Foreend X series. Choose from three optimized variants:

· Short: Minimum weight, ideal for suppressed setups.

· Standard: A versatile, all-purpose length and weight.

· Long: Maximum length and rigidity for precision shooting.

All include a full M-LOK™ interface, integrated ARCA rail, QD sockets, and a rigid Top Bridge for accessory mounting.

Buttstock Options:

Both Buttstock M and Buttstock Lite are machined from 7075 T651 aluminium and offer full ergonomic adjustment (cheek piece, length of pull, recoil pad). They feature QD sockets and are compatible with AR-15 receiver extensions.

· Buttstock M: Includes a built-in, quick-deploy, and finely adjustable monopod.

· Buttstock Lite: Features an M-LOK™ slot for adding an optional monopod or bag rider.

The buttstock fold direction is user-configurable to either the left or right side.

Polymer accents fittings are made from firearms grade black POM material. A rubberized grip produced by Ergo Grips is available in two models:

Walnut wood accent fittings are made from high grade walnut with oil finish. (Weight can slightly wary based on wood density).

Buttstock

Buttstock Lite

Should you prefer a buttstock without monopod and at the same time you would like to save some weight without compromises in functionality AKILA Buttstock Lite is the best choice. The skeletonized design maintained outstanding rigidity and all the adjustments that the Buttstock M has in a lighter body. Besides that Buttstock Lite feature M-LOK™ slot on the bottom rail so you can attach a custom bag rider or a monopod.

You can use the configurator to choose optional buttstock features. Both buttstocks are milled from 7075 T651 aluminium billets and have black hard coat anodized finish. The buttstock mounting point of the AKILA chassis and the folding unit are compatible with AR-15 receiver extensions, which will allow installing AR butt stocks. Buttstock M offers the possibility to adjust the cheek piece height and side, the length of pull, recoil pad height. Besides that Buttstock M features a built-in quick deployable and fine adjustable monopod.

You can add unique functionality to your stock by choosing Folding Unit, you can choose which side to fold the buttstock. It is so natural to change your mind or want to adapt the rifle to a new environment or accessories, so we made the folding side user-configurable, within a couple of minutes you can reverse the folding side. The folding unit features mechanical locking in folded position, so once folded you do not need to worry, that the buttstock will get loose during handling.

Spacer

Should you decide that folding is something you do not need, in this case we can offer a special spacer to compensate the length of the folding unit without compromising the rigidity. It is also possible to fix the buttstock directly into the chassis. The length of pull adjustment in both AKILA buttstocks can compensate up to 35 mm of length.
